Adds in the RSS Client List a Section for Cross-Plattform Desktop Clients (Windows, Linux and MacOS)

* Docs: API Clients: Table instead of List

* Docs: API Clients: Change `Free Software` to `License`

* Add me (No Name Pro) to Credits-File :)
