Bouge anon_access dans config.php
L'accès anonyme n'est pas au niveau utilisateur mais au niveau global.
Bouge FreshRSS_Configuration::conf->anonAccess() qui était stocké dans
*_user.php vers Minz_Configuration::allowAnonymous() stocké dans
config.php
