* Docker: Alppine 3.13 with PHP 8
PHP 8.0.1, Apache 2.4.46
Bug https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=78681 fixed in Alpine, so workaround
removed from our Dockefile(s)
Supports MySQL 8+
