Added Nord based theme (#4400)
* added new theme
* removed old picture
* modified color of summary and author
* fixed input elements being hard to distinguish
* make fix-all
* markdown lint
* cleaned up css, still incomplete afaik
* removed duplicate, highlight current article
* removed more duplicates, reordered some things
