* Refactor entry to GReader API format Some code was copied in two locations and not completely uniform. Cleaning of related variables and functions (e.g. better types for entries and categories as objects vs. as IDs). Usecase: I need to call the same GReader-compatible serialization from an extension * Fixed some edge cases * Keep summary instead of content `summary` and `content` seems to be used interchangeably in the Google Reader API. We have been using `summary` for our client API and `content` in our export/import, so stick to that.

Before, the links was redirecting to the subscription management page which was the default behavior before changes introduced in 1.17.0 (#3027). All links were modified except the one for empty content. Now, the empty content links are redirecting to the proper page. See #3642

I've got the inspiration from the mark as read action. So I've used the id of the feed to trigger the action and not the url in the link. This way, it works all the time. It works in reading mode, it works in normal mode when icon are not displayed. See #1545

Now you can open the original page in the reader view with the same shortcut you'll use in the normal view. I've changed how we identify the link to make it more flexible. The previous way was too restrictive since the selector used a really strict path to get the url. There was another way to achieve the same thing without changing the selector. It was quite ugly since some meaningless class would be added on the markup to match the selector query. See #1400
